Jobs Payment List

u List of Job records for Payment management.

u Similar to the Jobs List this list includes buttons for managing Job Completion and updating Job payment information

u The button Payment Info, which is applied to the currently highlighted records, brings up a small dialog where Job Payment information can be filled in. The corresponding fields in each of the selected Jobs will be updated with the information entered into that Dialog.

u One exception is the Cost Center, where if left empty in the Dialog will leave each Job’s Cost Center field untouched. However, if the Cost Center is left non-empty in the Dialog, all Jobs will be updated with the same value.
