Fix Synchronization mail processing error. In some special circumstances the Synchronization parsing routine would flag a synch file as "bad" and would not process it. This problem is fixed in this release.

Adjust User & Passwords maintenance to ignore designer users & passwords. Changes to the designer list of users and passwords will not affect the operation of the Users & Passwords function.

Window contents were not refreshed when a record list window was resized (or maximized). The problem is fixed in this release.

Fix Lock icon display in the Daily Log screen.

After transferring a Program Rights to another Contract, the program’s exhibition information was not being updated in the Licensed Service records. This problem is corrected in this release.

Fix Export Synopsis text file. Accented characters were not being generated properly and were translated to strange characters.

Fix run time error when Terminating/Transferring multiple Rights records.

Review Daily Log duplication routines. When duplicating events that were created automatically from templates, the system always revisits the template information to apply it to the new delay Channel. This allows different promos or interstitials for the main and delay channels. The new release will fallback to the original promo/interstitial if no corresponding record is found for the delay Channel. That will deal automatically with the existence or not of special promos/interstitials for delay channels. If special promos/interstitials exist (ex. HBO2 in Brazil), the system will use those special events. If they do not exist (ex. HBO WEST in Caracas), the system will use the original event.
