u Templates for automatic Job Generation.
u The channel is the main criteria for identifying and selecting Templates based on a Program's Primary Service.
u The Play Dub and Play Leg options are matched against the corresponding Program's flags.
u The Job End column specifies the number of days for completing the Job and calculates its Expect Completion date. It is indicated as follows:
- "0" : equal to zero, or higher, indicates the number of days expected to complete the Job
- "-1" : (minus 1), Expected Completion date is not indicated; it will be entered manually at a later date
- "-2" : (minus 2), indicates the Job is completed; record is created as a completed Job
u The Cost Center field indicates the cost center for creating new Jobs. If the information is not provided (left blank), the system will either use the cost center of the original job or the value related to the job configuration.
u In the Job Management screen it is possible to indicate when a template for selected Jobs should be used automatically or "only upon request". When executed, the template will be used to manually create jobs in the Job Management or Jobs List screens. The Job end will not be automatic. When the "use only upon request" options is set, the system will require the user to confirm creation of subordinate Jobs.
u When the "Use only upon request" function is not used, the subordinate Jobs are created automatically when closing a Job.
