u This page provides information on the Cast Record for Episode.  This is used when creating new Episode records, and it is used as default data in the Program Records.

Episodes Page

u This page provides a list of Episodes in a Series.  It is used to maintain and create new Episode records.

u The Episodes list displays Contract Rights information for the territory selected in the new Filter Territory popup. This popup will show only those Territories the user has access permission.

u Fields in this page define the Series options for creating new Episode records.  They are YES/NO flags:

u More fields to this page are as follows:

u The Episodes list brings up records of all the Episodes in a Series.  Dbl-click, and it will bring up its Program Record.

u The following buttons allow the creation, deletion, and linking of Episodes to a Series.

Rotation Page

u Although the Programming View does not have the information on the contract, it provides an additional page to indicate the Rotation of the Series Schedule.

u This list displays the plans of rotation of the Series, allowing deletion or insertion of plans. Dbl-clicking will display the maintenance screen for the rotation plans.

Rotation Maintenance

u The Schedule button schedules each rotation of the Series.  In each rotation, the start date is based on the valid dates for the rotation, the end of the monthly schedule, and the last date of scheduling for the rotation.

u The system will ask if the rotation schedule needs to either append or replace another rotation schedule in the Series.

u If the rotation indicates Manual Episodes, events are added to the monthly schedule with information from the Series schedule.  Episode content must be entered manually.

u Although the rotation might indicate automatic Episodes, the system will try to schedule them.  If an Episode has not been entered in the schedule, this process will stop at that specific Episode.  Once it is entered, the system will continue processing.

u The Manual Aft Last option schedules the episodes of a Series that are indicated in the rotation.  When executed, the system will schedule the manually-entered episodes until the rotation is completed.
