u Promo Record display and edit form.
u The Master Tape and the Pre-Master Tape fields with TC IN are available in the Product Record.
u The Master Tape record is updated automatically when entering the first part of the Product record information. It will also update the Delivery Date field.
u When entering the Pre-Master Tape field, the same Media ID found in the Product record should be used. The Pre-Master TC IN information if found in the Product record.
u Fields are available to track Promo scheduling. They are: the last scheduled date, the channel, and the number of plays.
u The following buttons allow editing of the list of events related to the Promo record:
- +P button: indicates the broadcast date and time of a specific program
- +S button: selects an event from the monthly schedule and adds it to the Promo record
- -- button: deletes an event from the Promo record
