Ad Insert Order (creation)
u Ad Inserts Order creation form, used to enter new Orders into the database.
u The OBS field is used to indicate special notes and information regarding the Order (OI), such information is available in the Insertion Plan input screens and can be used to convey information to users entering Ad Insert Plans. The same way, notes from the Ad Sales Contract are presented in the screen.
u If an Order Value is indicated, it will be used as the Invoice Value, and the system will calculate the Order Discount. If the Order Discount percent is informed, it will be used instead to calculate the Invoice Value, based on the Price Table.
u When inputing new Orders (OIs), after entering the Announcer, the system will present a list of that Announcer Ad Contracts. All the information from the selected Ad Contract will be copied into the Order (Ad Agency, Product, Segment,...).
u The Exhibition List displays a Notes column with notes and information from the Exhibition Room.
