Library user Record

 u Media Library User record display and data entry form.

 u The field Library Group indicates the Media Library Group the user belongs to. The user will only be allowed to check out tapes from Media Libraries in that group. If no Library Group is indicated, the user will have access to all Groups, that is, all libraries.

u It is possible to indicate additional Libraries a user is granted check-out permission by indicating those libraries in the list below the Library Group field. Those libraries will be enabled in addition to any library in the user’s Library Group.
