User Profile Record

u User Profile configuration record display and data entry form.

u Fields Controlling Company, Territory, Service, Channel, Site, Library Group & Media Library are the Profile’s default values for each Security level.

u Those fields on the right list additional Security level attributes the Profile is granted access. If "ALL" is indicated, the user is given unrestricted access within that Security level.

u Security information is used to restrict user access to the database. Records that do not fall into any of the Security permissions indicated in the profile are blocked from user view.

u Both lists, the User buttons and the SysFunction list show the SysFunction ID, to ease the identification of those SysFunctions assigned to any particular user.
