Program Record (Programming)

 u Program record display and data entry form for Programming information.

u The Rights & Services panel block lists ALL Licensed Rights (and Services) for the local territory. (The user profile assigns him to a particular Territory).

• The left panel displays Rights information and if the Program has multiple Licensed Rights, multiple tabs will be displayed.
• The tab label indicates the Rights type and the corresponding Contract ID. Multiple Rights are presented in the order Active, Future & Historical.
• The right panel shows details for the Services licensed under the Rights selected on the left panel. If the program is licensed to multiple Services, multiple tabs will be displayed.
• The Modify Service button () allows changes to Licensed Service record information, like Burst Plan Code, Planned First Run Date, Special Promotion flags, etc.

u The Edited checkbox allows users to indicate if an “Edited” version is required for a Program. This field complements existing flags for “Subtitling” and “Dubbing” and is used to instruct Programming, Traffic, Subtitling, Operations and others that an “Edited” version of a Program should be prepared or scheduled.

• Those fields are present in all screens & forms where the other Program flags are also present.
• The flags can also be used as criteria for identifying Job Templates.

u Buttons at the bottom bring up a series of program related information, like plays, copies, burst planning...

u Button activates the Personalities Palette.

u The Action Pack field is used to indicate the month when the Program was flagged for Marketing Action.

u To selected for Marketing Action in any given month just update thi Action Pack field with the month/year indication. The special month/year controls can be used to update this information. This information does not need to be cleared or updated later and will be kept in the database to inform if and when a program was advertised in the Action Pack!
