u Ad Sales Contract record form.

u The Agency the Ad Agency associated with the Contract. This information is automatically trnasferred to the Contract's Orders.

u The Obs field is used to inform notes and special Contract instructions to inform the users adding Orders to the Contract. That information is displayed in the Order records as well.

u OI List brings a list of all Orders associated with the Contract.

u The Incl.Movim button is used to add "manual" transactions to a Contract, like payment or barter transactions.

u Any change to Contract information is logged and can be view via the Log button.

u When adding new Orders, a corresponding Contract must be present in the databas. No Orders can be input without a corresponding Ad Contract.
