u Database Clean Up function.

u For Monthly Schedule cleanup, the "All Channels" option is ignored and each channel must be cleaned up individually.

u When executed, Monthly Schedule records from "non-system-programmed" channels (basic or invited channels) will be removed from the database. Records from Channels indicated as "Programmable" and associated to any Program will be maintained in the database.
